General FAQS for in-person ROAR event on Nov. 20, 2021

Q: What is the dress code for the evening?

A: Feel free to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable to celebrate Lakeside Game Night whether it is formal, festive, business casual, or casual attire.

Q: When I buy my dinner ticket, the form asks if I want to save my credit card info to be used for onsite purchases at the Hyatt event. Should I do this?

A: Yes, this saves time at check-in and provides a contactless experience. On Nov. 20, your credit card will be charged only if you buy a raffle ticket or donate to fund-a-need during the live auction. The Greater Giving system is secure and safe. Otherwise, when you check in, we will swipe your credit card. In addition, if you have already set up your online bidding account prior to Nov. 20, you can completely skip check-in except to get your table number.
 
COVID-19 FAQS

Q: Do all guests need to be fully vaccinated to attend?
A: Yes. To attend the in-person event, all guests need to be fully vaccinated, including two weeks past the second dose, unless they have a medical or religious exemption. Guests with an exemption must show proof of a negative COVID test that was administered no more than 72 hours in advance of Nov. 20, 2021. Guests do not need to have a third booster shot to attend the event. 

Q: Will you be checking proof of vaccination on site?
A: No. We are asking guests to attest to vaccination on our registration form.

Q: Are masks required at the venue?
A: Yes. Masks are required indoors unless eating or drinking. Masks will be available for all guests who arrive without one. All staff, crew, and volunteers will wear masks while working the event.

Q: How safe is the Hyatt Regency building?
A: Click here to learn more about Hyatt Regency’s commitment to a safe environment. Hyatt food servers are also taking extra precautions with table and food service.

Q: What else is being done to create a safe environment at the in-person event?

  • Seating will be limited, and table size will not exceed ten guests per table. We will do our best to honor your seating request.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be provided throughout the venue.
  • The PGA ROAR team is implementing contactless stations as much as possible like self-serve coat check, self-serve check-in, and no silent auction bid sheets. All bids will be done online and through your own personal device. We will have bid assistant stations at check-in for those who do not have a smartphone or other portable device. We are limiting the number of volunteers too.
