Q. Who attends ROAR?
A. All parents, guardians, and employees of Lakeside
School are welcome! This is an adults-only event.
Q. When and where is ROAR this year?
A. February 3, 2024, 5:30-10 p.m. at Hyatt Regency
Seattle, 808 Howell St, Seattle, WA 98101
Q. Where can I park?
A. Click HERE for a map and info on nearby pay lots.
Please also consider ride share or carpooling. The closest garage is at 8th & Olive. Parking is not included in the price of the event ticket.
Q. When does the event start and finish, and what is
the program for the evening?
A. The event is from 5:30-10 p.m. There will be a
complimentary bar and hors d’oeuvres, wine/spirits silent auction, super silent
auction, and raffle ticket sales from 5:30-7 p.m. Guests will be invited to
dinner service and the program at 7 p.m. The program will conclude at
approximately 8 p.m. at which time we invite you to stay for an after-dinner
“Lounge Hour" where you can relax, dance, and chat with friends.
Q. What is the RSVP deadline?
A. January 12, 2024
Q. What should I wear?
The invitation says “Festive and Theme-inspired Attire Encouraged” –
what does this mean?
A. We encourage you to have fun with our ROARing Hearts
theme whether it's wearing red, pink, or hearts! You are also welcome to come
as you are; we are creating a festive atmosphere where you will have a chance
to connect with other adults in our Lakeside community.
Q. When I buy my dinner ticket, the form asks if I
want to save my credit card info to be used for onsite purchases at the Hyatt
Regency Seattle event. Should I do this?
A. Yes, this saves time at event check-in. On Feb. 3,
2024, your credit card will be charged only if you buy a raffle ticket. The
Greater Giving system is secure and safe. If you do not save your credit card
when you buy your dinner ticket, we will swipe your credit card at check-in.
